Something about summer motivates even the most sedentary of us to get outside and get moving. And while we’re not all hardcore health nuts (though we do have a couple of those types around the office to keep us truly humble), we’ve been trying our darnedest to soak up the bits of summer that do good to our minds, bodies, and souls.
