At the center is change empathy—because successful change is all about the employees. Change empathy is an “other-centered” approach to ensure a deep understanding of where employees are, psychologically and professionally. Here, we look at your employees’ "change curve," their needs, desires, and purpose. We listen. Then we involve key team members in designing employee-centric strategies.
Taking the best practices of marketing (and our vast experience as a creative agency), we apply a “marketing funnel” approach to change. Years in branding and campaigns allow us to create the right story, engage with vivid campaigns, and move employees excitedly through the “funnel,” from “unaware” to “engaged” to “purchase” to “loyalty.”
This part is how most change initiatives are implemented: stakeholder engagement, change objectives, impact / risk assessments, communication, training, change networks, adoption metrics, and the like.
